Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

The Professional plan includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Starter and Enterprise plans can be trialled by arrangement — contact us to set this up.

How are aircraft counted?

Each active aircraft airframe in the system counts toward your plan limit. You can archive aircraft that are no longer in service without them counting against your limit.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes — pay annually and receive 15% off the monthly rate across all plans. Annual invoices are issued at the start of each billing year.

Is Airedale hosted in Australia?

Airedale is hosted on Microsoft Azure. We can deploy to Australian Azure regions (Australia East / Southeast) to meet data residency requirements on request.

What support do I get?

Starter plans receive email support with a 2-business-day response SLA. Professional plans get priority email with same-day response. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and an SLA-backed phone/email support contract.
